Our Mission
Napa Junior Girls Softball (NJGSL) promotes the game of softball as a means to teach girls the value of teamwork and sportsmanship, to enhance self esteem and to develop softball skills while having FUN! NJGSL will achieve this goal through fair play with adult leadership providing the example.

As with any non-profit or youth sports group, we are always in need of help. Small donations of equipment, supplies, are always welcome. We are also always on the lookout for volunteers to help run the program. If you are interested in joining the board, helping to manage the league, or just want to volunteer your time, please contact us.
