Napa Junior Girls Softball (NJGSL) promotes the game of softball as a means to teach girls the value of teamwork and sportsmanship, to enhance self-esteem and to develop softball skills while having FUN. NJGSL will achieve this goal through fair play with adult leadership providing the example.

Napa Junior Girls Softball is a recreational softball league open to girls ages 3 - 12. We welcome girls at all skill levels. We are happy to inform our players and parents of other softball opportunities but please refrain from any active recruiting at NJGSL events. We would like to continue to support other organizations so please be courteous and cooperate with our request.

Fall Ball is for ages 7-13 as long as they were 13 on Dec. 31, 2025. It is a season with more focus on development of the fundamentals. Ending with what is everyone's favorite, the Halloween Bash Tournament! Where your team decides on a theme and dresses up and decorates the dugout to go along with it!
